Woke up feeling great!!

Meal 1.....sausage patty (homemade) and a sweet potato

Meal 2....wanted something different......made a smoothie with frozen pineapple, frozen cherries, coconut milk and boatload of fresh spinach

Meal 3.... Tuna salad with a little paleo mayo and chopped spinach and onion on a bed of spinach, a sweet potato, one bell pepper (in strips), and 6 black olives.

Sorry, but smoothies are discouraged on a Whole30. The idea is to chew your food instead of drink it, as chewing is more satiating.

 

Also, do you have a copy of the meal template? All your meals should have 1-2 palms of protein, 1-3 cups of veggies and the appropriate amounf of compliant fat. 

 

Fruit is limited to 1-2 servings a day, where a serving is a whole piece of fruit the size of your fist.
