8 days into the program

Hi everybody! Nice to finally get on the forum. I'm now into my eighth day of the program and the last two days have been challenging, not from a craving perspective (yet!), but from low energy levels, occasional stomach issues and a dull headache. I guess that's all par for the course. On the plus side though: seven days in the bag, improved digestion and a successfully negotiated Saturday night party without succumbing to a range of temptations which included Champagne, rice, wine, various deserts and a little peer pressure (offset by some encouragement and genuine intrigue). On observation I feel that the most important aids so far have been drinking plenty, exercise and eating a good breakfast. Concerning the latter, I could use some more ideas. Thanks.
