I'm now into my eighth day of the program and the last two days have been challenging, not from a craving perspective (yet!), but from low energy levels, occasional stomach issues and a dull headache. I guess that's all par for the course. On the plus side though: seven days in the bag, improved digestion and a successfully negotiated Saturday night party without succumbing to a range of temptations which included Champagne, rice, wine, various deserts and a little peer pressure (offset by some encouragement and genuine intrigue). On observation I feel that the most important aids so far have been drinking plenty, exercise and eating a good breakfast. Concerning the latter, I could use some more ideas. Thanks.
