sahmomto2 Posted January 13, 2014 Share Posted January 13, 2014 This might seem like a silly question, but... I put a drip of organic raw ACV in every glass of water I drink. I keep seeing the suggestion of juicing a lemon into a glass of warm water with some sea salt and drinking that first thing in the morning. Is there any benefit to the lemon juice that I'm not getting from the ACV? I would be willing to change up my morning routine, but not if it isn't really an improvement. Thanks!
