Not just lose weight but feel better. All time heaviest I've ever weighed. A whopping 203 on a 5'3 frame!

I am ready to commit!

Breakfast was 2 Eggs scrambled with Spinach, onions, garlic and green pepper with 1 slice bacon 1 Homemade (by ME) sausage patty and 1/2 banana and 3 strawberries.
