Week 2; feeling the cravings

Hi all,

 

 so I'm being as strict as I can; my main reason for doing the whole30 was to see how my sugar levels balanced out (type 1 diabetic) and I started this one the 1st. 

 

I am 13 days in and really finding it tough; not sure if it is because I am not eating enough of the right things, or my cravings have hit double time. 

 

The first week week I felt went great, but seriously am thinking I'm not doing at all great - but I know deep down I am doing the best I can. 

 

How can I shake this "Debbie downer" I seem to be in.
