CrunchyLutheranMommy Posted January 14, 2014 Share Posted January 14, 2014 I thought I would introduce myself! I just finished Day 5 of my first Whole30, DH and our two kiddos are also doing it. (Man those first few days with the toddler were HARD) I am feeling good. Struggling with some low blood sugar I think and my body has started deciding it doesn't like all this new food all the time But I really have been having minimal cravings, which is awesome and I didn't expect! I successfully completed our first W30 shopping trip $4.00 under budget and made a delicious soup from homemade almond milk and chicken stock this evening. Other than needing to eat like clockwork to avoid feeling weak and lightheaded, I am mostly enjoying the freedom from all the junk and bad habits I had gotten into! Here's to a healthy new year!
