Am I supposed to be Working out?

Hi there

I have been going 5 days and have noticed a few comments about workingout and excersizing and doing lots of physical activities and I hadn't really been doing any of that, just the eating bit really. Good food and lots of water that sort of stuff.

So now I am wondering if I am also supposed to be doing a fitness program as well?

Like it is part of Whole 30?

I think probably people are just doing whatever they did before whole30! If you change too many things in your life, you'll probably feel overwhelmed- doing the whole30 is overwhelming enough! Working out was already a part of my routine, whole30 has just made me a Tupperware Queen because I have to carry so much food all day! Other than that, I haven't changed or upped my workouts :D
