KatMar Posted January 16, 2014 Share Posted January 16, 2014 Soooo, I just discovered duck eggs. And wow. I picked up a dozen at my co-op out of curiosity. They're slightly smaller than my usual chicken egg, but it's more yolk (yay, my favorite part!). I fried them up the way I typically cook my morning eggs, but for next time: Does anyone have any suggestions for how to take advantage of the richer flavors they have? I want to play around!
