MaryanneJ
Hi, I am on Day 3 and struggling through breakfast each day so far. I do not like eggs and to be honest, who has time to make steak for breakfast every day. A bagel has always been so easy to grab and fills me up, any other ideas that are easy and fast to get going for a mom with lots of kids!!! Thanks for any advice, Maryanne
GFChris
This topic has had lots of prior discussion. I am moving this to the Whole30 for Kids forum so the folks with kids can offer their input. I would also suggest reviewing that forum for ideas previously shared. Here are some threads on non egg breakfast options:- http://forum.whole9life.com/topic/12023-strongly-dislike-eggs-breakfast-ideas/ - http://forum.whole9life.com/topic/8697-help-other-breakfast-ideas-non-eggs/ - http://forum.whole9life.com/topic/6774-non-egg-breakfast/ - http://forum.whole9life.com/topic/1834-breakfast-ideas-without-eggs/

Thanks for any advice, Maryanne Maybe we've had different experiences, but when I would have a bagel, I would feel full...for a while...but then I'd need a snack at like 10:00. Anyhoo - there are lots of posts on here for non-egg breakfast ideas. I'm a big fan of making a batch of homemade sausage meatballs, freezing them and taking a few out to heat up in the morning. Heat up some veggies and add some fat if your food doesn't already have enough in it, and you're done!
MaryanneJ
OK, thanks for the support. I will also look on that kid site you mentioned. It is all so new so any suggestions and advice is greatly appreciated. I really, really want to follow through with this, and my "go-to" is just to skip a meal but that's not good either! Thank you thank you!
