ARamstead
My husband is doing this Whole 30 with me and he's concerned about how to handle it at work. Specifically, he works a 10 to 7 shift, and he has to take his lunch about noon, so there's a really long gap between lunch and dinner. Would a small meal around 4 or so be appropriate? Or split his lunch into two meals? He doesn't have a kitchen at work, but he does have access to a fridge and microwave.
Moderators Tom Denham Posted January 17, 2014 Moderators Share Posted January 17, 2014 Eating another meal around 4 would be completely appropriate. It could be the same as lunch or different, but should include protein, fat, and veggies.
