ARamstead Posted January 17, 2014 Share Posted January 17, 2014 My husband is doing this Whole 30 with me and he's concerned about how to handle it at work. Specifically, he works a 10 to 7 shift, and he has to take his lunch about noon, so there's a really long gap between lunch and dinner. Would a small meal around 4 or so be appropriate?
