Erin Dorrien
Hi Everyone, I'm on day 9 of my first whole 30 and so far so good. I am training for a sprint triathlon with a group of women and we are doing a swim and run "dress rehersal" this Saturday and then going to the coach's house for breakfast. It's a pot luck and since it's not my house I won't have access to a stove or cook top to make my usual breakfast. I know we're not suppose to "paleo-fy" things like muffins but is there any way around this? Any ideas on what to bring? Erin

Robin Strathdee
A crustless quiche could be made ahead of time and even frozen.
Renee Lee
I don't count egg muffins and paleofying/SWYPO. They're like little single serving quiches
Derval
I don't count egg muffins and paleofying/SWYPO. They're like little single serving quiches I took it she meant more the baked treat type muffins, but using almond meal etc.
Renee Lee
I know! I was adding egg muffins to the list of possibilities, with a disclaimer
sheba-kitty
Erin, did you finish your whole30 and have you done your sprint yet? I am mid way through my whole30 and did a mini tri on Tuesday with my training group and bonked big time! Took me twice as long to do my bike as it did pre-whole30. So I am really worried on how to fuel my race next weekend. So I am curious as to how you managed that part. Thanks
