Welcome to the party! All I can tell you is to prepare as much as you can. Search for some great recipes at Nom Nom Paleo or The Clothes Make The Girl. Do a cook up day where you prepare a bunch of food in advance so you can have compliant food available at all times and READ labels. It is amazing how much non compliant stuff they sneak into food. Did you know they put soy in some canned tuna and herbal tea? Sometimes they add sugar to products that didn't have sugar before.
