Um... constipation anyone?

So... before I started the Whole 30, my digestive system was extremely regular on my almost-strict paleo diet (some dairy like cheese/yogurt) but in the last couple of weeks (I'm on day 20!) I've been going a day or two without going to the bathroom. I eat PLENTY of vegetables and still have my black coffee in the mornings, but it isn't working like it used to. I've had to drink a cup of "smooth move" tea at night a few times in the last couple of weeks to get things going. Usually, I have chia seed pudding and coconut-flour muffins/tortillas during the week, but I haven't been eating them since they are SWYPO foods. Anyone experienced any problems like this? I turn into a cranky person when I bloat up and have stomach cramps!
