berry987 Posted January 20, 2014 Share Posted January 20, 2014 I'm going to blame my mental lapse on my crazy week (two of my kids just got over H1N1 and we're in the middle of a home remodel), but I read about larabars being compliant and ran out and bought some. I checked for added sugar and only bought ones sweetened with dates, but I forgot about peanuts. I ate 4 or 5 peanut butter cookie larabars over the last week or so. Anyway, I know this is not earth shattering, but I'm wondering if I've stalled my whole30 in some way? So annoying - I've been so vigilant (you know how hard it is to bake homemade cupcakes and frosting for your five year olds birthday and NOT lick a spoon???) and then mess up with peanuts?! I'm planning to just keep going...I'm actually going to do 60 days, but I'm just, I don't know, asking if anyone else has done something similar and still felt/seen results?
