Christie
a change in their fingernails/toenails? This sounds weird, but not only are my nails stronger....but the nailbeds look nicer, more pink. I have issues with Raynaud's syndrome so I'm assuming it's because my circulation is improving? Also, my toenails are looking similar, but in particular, my big toes have had issues with discoloration, so much so that I would keep them painted constantly. Last night I went to paint my nails and noticed they looked absolutely clear. Am I imagining things? I'm on Day 10 of my first Whole 30. Link to comment
Guest
Mine are stronger and grow faster. I think pinker nail beds are a sign of better circulation...either more red blood or just better flow. That sounds awesome for your situation! Link to comment
