I know this is not another diet but I can't seem to totally committe because I am affraid of failing. I started eating Paleo about year ago and after the holiday season I have gotten far, far away from primal eating. I'm trying to get back on the wagon (more importantly get my body back) and I know I need support. I have not picked a start date yet but I am cleaning my house out and planning. Here goes!!
