Hello everyone! I am very excited that I stumbled across the Whole30 via a twitter friend. This is what I have been looking for!!

After losing 100+ pounds with Weight Watchers, I have slowly gained back a little weight and have had the hardest time losing it. I am pretty much sick of counting points and tried to count calories, but that is hopeless.

I'm not much of a carbohydrate person, but I do have oatmeal for breakfast every morning and I know giving that up will be hard. I think the only time I haven't eaten in the past 2 years is when I was on vacation and out of the state.

I've been feeling very tired and unhealthy lately, even though I try to workout 5-6 days a week. I'm hoping this will help give me that “push†that I need.

My husband and I are also trying to conceive and I am hoping once I start, he will, too. It would do us both a lot of good.

I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone and any thoughts, suggestions, recipes, etc are always welcome.
