shannon737
Coworkers often bring in homemade cookies, muffins, cupcakes, etc to share at work. I'd like to share something too, but I would like it to be whole30 approved. Does anyone have some good alternatives to these kinds of treats? Store bought fruit and veggies somehow don't seem very special.
missmary
I wouldn't discount bringing in some fruit--a box or a bag of clementines goes over big at my office. If you want to make something, maybe spiced nuts? That plus some fresh fruit would be appreciated, I bet.
GLC1968
How about a bowl of homemade guacamole with carrot and cucumber 'chips' for dipping? That and fresh berries both go over really well at my office.
praxisproject
Anything you'd make for party nibbles should work. There's a long thread somewhere in the forum, which has meatballs on toothpicks on it.
anzadel
I have this dream of making meatloaf cupcakes with sweet potato frosting for my birthday this year! Fruit Kabobs are fun, too. Skewer chunks of fruit on sticks. easy to grab and eat. Avoid fruit that browns like pears or apples. Berries, grapes, melons, pineapple and mango work well. Deviled eggs. CAK911
Fruits, spiced nuts (or regular nuts), kale chips, homemade jerky all spring to mind. I think fruit's an easy one, and people do seem to enjoy it when it's around.
Emily
I REALLY appreciate people who bring in fruit, since it is something I will eat! You may find that your office has more gluten-free, etc people than you know!
