I am an active crossfitter and did a strict paleo challenge through my box before Christmas. I had great success especially in performance results. In the period of 6 weeks I shaved 50 seconds off my 2k row and increased my deadlift by 30 pounds and backsquat by 40! I lost 8 pounds and went down a pant size! I fell off the bandwagon and am feeling pretty sluggish. I'm finding it hard to get back on track and like the support of the Whole 30! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
