Starting Jan 27!

Hello everyone!! I am starting the Whole 30 on Jan 27. I am an active crossfitter and did a strict paleo challenge through my box before Christmas. I had great success especially in performance results. In the period of 6 weeks I shaved 50 seconds off my 2k row and increased my deadlift by 30 pounds and backsquat by 40! I lost 8 pounds and went down a pant size!

I fell off the bandwagon and am feeling pretty sluggish. I'm finding it hard to get back on track and like the support of the Whole 30!
