Ifjewel Posted July 27, 2012 Share Posted July 27, 2012 My partner and I started the Whole 30 12 days ago. We are definitely in the groove now. Energy is high and level. My body seems to be regulating itself with regard to when and what to eat. We haven't had cravings but miss milk in our coffee and we miss beer. It's all good. At day 9 we both noticed that walking down the stairs first thing in the morning didn't hurt. Amazing stuff. I'm sold, but feel a little constipated. Anyone else? I have been snacking on 100% dark chocolate, nuts and veggies too often whenever I want sweets. trackmydiet Posted September 3, 2012 Share Posted September 3, 2012 I'm on day 3 and I'm constipated, too, with some minor intestinal cramps.
