My partner and I started the Whole 30 12 days ago. We are definitely in the groove now. Energy is high and level. My body seems to be regulating itself with regard to when and what to eat. We haven't had cravings but miss milk in our coffee and we miss beer. It's all good. At day 9 we both noticed that walking down the stairs first thing in the morning didn't hurt. Amazing stuff. I'm sold, but feel a little constipated. Anyone else?
