My second Whole 30+

thanks for the direction

I really have to pay attention as I go into the next stage as I remember in my first 30 I became a bit sloppy following the rules and it wasn't long before I was way out of compliance.

And with a goal of improved fitness which will include weight loss I want to run this process with as much opportunity for improvement along with making this type of eating a permanent affair

Any suggestions as to how to increase success will be greatly appreciated
