Lizza.Anne Posted January 24, 2014 Share Posted January 24, 2014 Hey all- I've never done this before and I'm excited/scared to try. I'm starting my Whole 30 this coming Monday, the 27th. I should finish it just a day or two before my birthday, and I'm hoping to fix some digestive issues that I've had for the past few years. I did gluten free for over a year so I know I can do this. What will be hard for me is that I'll still have all of the trigger foods in my house, as my fiance won't be doing this with me. ktsimons Posted January 27, 2014 Share Posted January 27, 2014 Did you start today?? I did and breakfast was AWESOME...i made sweet potato hash and homemade turkey breakfast sausage. I am trying to cut out eggs because i think i may have an allergy to them along with nearly EVERY grain that even thinks about having some sort of gluten...LOL How is day 1?
