Sharon Simpson Thumann Posted January 24, 2014 Share Posted January 24, 2014 Yes pumpkin and avocado are allowed, no on the whole grain mustard with sugar and I am not sure about Tahini but I "think" it is allowed. At the very least, delay reintroducing sugar for 30 days. No sugar or sweetener of any kind, in any amount, on a Whole30. Have you familiarized yourself with the program?
