Poor sleep

If it weren't for all the posts about sleeping better, I would have thought that poor sleep was a side effect from W30.


I'm on day 23. Overall this month I've had insomnia, restless nights, and trouble waking up. (I've even had to set my alarm this week, which I hardly ever do.) It's not every night, but definitely a clear pattern. On the days that I don't get enough sleep, I really feel it. My other patterns haven't changed.
