Starting Monday January 27th!

Hi Everyone,

 I am excited to start the Whole30 challenge.  I've been on a mostly gluten free, sugar free diet for 14 years, and have had great results with that, but feel like I'm ready to take it to the next level. I'm going to do the Whole30 low FODMAP plan.  I'm hoping that this plan will give me renewed energy, relieve me of my digestive problems, and help me with my relationship with food. I know that I use ton of caffeine and sweet things (albeit stevia sweetened) to help me cope with feelings, so it will be a great learning experience to see what it feels like to not have these vices. I'm excited and looking forward to this! I will not cheat!
