morganwhineryhabern Posted January 24, 2014 Share Posted January 24, 2014 I am on day 4 of my whole 30 and so far the hardest thing for me has been giving up gum. While at work, I usually chew gum to keep my breath fresh and the clients and coworkers happy. Is there any type of gum I can chew, or a way to maintain anti-garlic breath throughout my days? I never realized what a gum addict I was trust me, it does get better over time.. I have to just brush between every client but I think you get used to it after awhile.. Good luck! Pineapple core? I keep some in my freezer from whenever I have pineapple, sliced into rounds. I believe this is a favorite for raw foodists. Take water with you on your run.
