Day 24- was not hungry for days, now starving

This is my first Whole 30 and I am loving the changes.  Just wondering about my appetite.  For the previous week I was never hungry.  I ate small amounts at meal time because I thought I should.  Now this week I feel like I can't get enough to eat.  I did have a slight cold last week and wonder if that affected the appetite. 


Anyone else have this or any input or advice?
