Never did I think I would...

I can't believe I'm on day 19...time has flown! I thought it could be fun to see how our approach to food has changed since starting the program. Since starting with Whole30, never did I think I would....

...Voluntarily eat chicken for breakfast

...Have no desire not to snack

...Stop using food weighing scales

...stop cooking with cooking spray

...Give away my jars of peanut butter

...Say 'mmmm' at the sound of ghee

...Feel content with "just walking" as a workout

...Drink coconut milk straight out of a carton

...Eat over 2 egg yolks a day...regularly

...go over a day without yogurt

...crave savory foods in the morning

Moving your thread into the same forum of Food, Drinks and Condiments, as it's not really about Troubleshooting.

 

Side note: make sure that coconut milk in the carton contains no carrageenan or sweeteners.  ;)
