I thought it could be fun to see how our approach to food has changed since starting the program. Since starting with Whole30, never did I think I would.... ...Voluntarily eat chicken for breakfast ...Have no desire not to snack ...Stop using food weighing scales ...stop cooking with cooking spray ...Give away my jars of peanut butter ...Say 'mmmm' at the sound of ghee ...Feel content with "just walking" as a workout ...Drink coconut milk straight out of a carton ...Eat over 2 egg yolks a day...regularly ...go over a day without yogurt ...crave savory foods in the morning Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
