muscle fatigue before sweating

so i'm new to cross fit but not to hard workouts, however before starting cross fit i took 4 months off of anything more strenuous than walking and taking care of my daughter because of health issues.  my question is more out of curiousity than a real problem.  here it is: is it an issue that, when working out, my muscles reach their fail point (as in, there is no chance of another rep, not pain/injury) before i break a sweat?  typically i seem to be a heat sweater rather than exertion and i was simply wondering how "normal" that truely is and if anyone else has the same "condition"

To put it simply, you need to eat more.

Lifting weights rips through the stored glycogen in your muscles, and fat isn't an optimum fuel source for muscles (only exception is the heart). So make sure you keep the glycogen in your muscle tissue filled; eat enough carbs (generally you want to aim for 150g as an athlete, even more is some cases) and keep hydrated.
