LJ's day 23 😬

I can't believe I'm on day 23 already!!!

I feel great. I've found that if I eat some good fat with breakfast I stay satiated all day....I have to remind myself to eat lunch..

I think the sugar monkey is off my back, which is a big relief. I don't miss the grains or dairy, which is weird because my standard breakfast was Greek yogurt with fresh berries or steel cut oats with walnuts.

Thinking about going for a whole 50 just cuz I don't want to have to figure out how to incorporate in any new stuff!
