Substitute for breakfast/eggs?

Hey y'all -- looking to continue to troubleshoot additional inflammation I have in my body/abdomen, I think I may have a sensitivity to eggs. Any suggestions out there for an alternate breakfast food? Also, I have heard on the Forum that some see the need to eliminate avocado. I think I'll be trying both of those as I continue to have digestive issues. Any thoughts as to how long I should eliminate them from my diet? Thanks!!
