mskapaldo Posted January 31, 2014 Share Posted January 31, 2014 I am on Day 3 on the Whole30 Challenge and so far I am loving it! I can't believe that I have gone for 3 days without any bread or pasta! I feel that I am fuller and don't feel the need to eat every 2-3 hours since I don't feel hungry. I also don't feel jittery you know like when you are so hungry that you are shaking? I know I've only been on the challenge for 3 days and the results are apparent and I feel good! Does anybody have any breakfast recipes they'd like to share or can direct me to a website with breakfast recipes? So far, I have been having eggs, fruit and sweet potato!
