This is what I had: Gluten free beef dogs with spinach Ground turkey w/ dill & apples with a salad Ground beef with carrots, celery, and cucumber Steak with asparagus. I drank lots of water Welcome EJSmadhatter! I am glad you had a great first day. I am not an expert but it doesn't seem that you are eating enough vegetables with your meals, especially meal one. You should be eating 2 - 3 cups of veggies (maybe you ate that much spinach). It also looks like you had 4 meals instead of three, not sure if that is your intention during your whole30. I don't see a lot of fat like avocado, coconut oil, olives, nuts, coconut milk etc. maybe you are were just trying to give us the basics in your post.
