cb36
Hi, I can't seem to find any definitive answer on this. I know Safflower Oil is "reluctantly" allowed due to dining out, however, what about expelled pressed for cooking in the home? Thanks!
Vian
If it was COLD pressed, it's probably a bit better simply for the fact that it hasn't been so chemically processed, but it's still an omega-6 bomb and less than ideal. There are much better cooking fats out there. Olive oil, Chosen Foods Avocado Oil (available at Costco in a litre bottle) coconut oil, and ghee or clarified butter (from grass-fed cows) are all much better choices.
