Maybe you're going through the carb flu? Yes post your meals, its really important that your eating from the template, and drinking tons of water or tea. You can drink iced black coffee if you like the taste. My problem was fat and veggies at first...but once you find your niche you'll get the hang of it. Really 30 days is not that long, it will go by before you know it and you'll kick yourself later for giving up on your self.
