May-Ling
I've heard the fat content is so high compared to the dairy that I wonder if it's ok on Whole 30?
look_alive
Heavy cream is a dairy product. NO dairy products are allowed on the Whole30 except for clarified butter (ghee). Heavy cream is an absolute, 100% no-no on the Whole30, and is spelled out very clearly in the program.
melbournegirl
Actually clarified butter contains some milk protein, ghee is butter further separated to contain mainly butterfat and should have minimal milk protein. I thought only ghee was allowed not clarified butter???
