I have been easing into it the last two days, saying goodbye to chocolate yesterday and bread/cheese tonight. I'm making paleo pulled pork chili in my slow cooker as we speak for the next couple of days and did some paleo staple grocery shopping earlier today. I find that I'm nervous as since my daughter was born 8 months ago my self determination for eating well has gone way out the door, on the other side of the world. It certainly doesn't help that my partner can eat anything and everything and not gain a pound, something he takes full advantage of. Staying strong to not cheat will be my hardest feat yet.
