The effects of alcohol the next day are just not worth it. I was kind of a zombie this morning. I could easily go another 40 days without it. Susiek
Day 42 and Day 30 with Bill! Three eggs & 2 strips bacon In a Bell pepper 1/2 caf coffee Started an epic hike: steep12.8 miles over 8 hours. 2nd meal Food on hike: Andouille sausage Yam tiger nuts Pecans Lara bar Epic turkey bar 3rd: Kombucha Carrots Sautéed green beans & tomatoes Andouille sausage Plantains with coconut cream! Hiking to a huge natural window "ventana" was a great way to end the whole 30. Loving how I feel! I do not plan to weigh myself tomorrow, as weight issues were not what propelled me to begin this program. What I will do is keep on the whole30 Fodmap plan and just continue to improve my overall health!
