kwantum Posted February 8, 2014 Share Posted February 8, 2014 Yippie! I did it! I finished my first whole35 yesterday and it went great. Once I figured out how to get my meals organised it was a piece of cake. From week 2 on I felt so happy, couldn't stop smiling, tigerblood Results : -7 kg (coming from 82 kg), -7cm hips, -4 cm waist, -4% fat. I was so scared to get on the scale.... Today I added a baguette with cheese and a glass of red wine. To my surprise I was able not to overindulge. I'll probably skip the grains, diary, sugar and legumes and go back to whole30.
