Anyone doing 31 Heros at Crossfit on Aug 4th?

I am doing the 31 Heros WOD at my box on Aug 4th. I will be on day 11 of Whole30. I'm PRAYING that I have enough energy to get it done. I'm on day 5 and am in the KILL ALL THINGS mode and I'm sleepy. I've only been doing crossfit for about 5 weeks so it will be modified for me but it will still be intense. If you are unaware of 31Heros here is the info:


Please, I need some advice to get though this. Sweet potatos the night before to pseudo "carb load"? Sweet potatos for breakfast? Helppppp!
