Hi,

I'm Karen. I'm starting my Whole30 tomorrow. I've read the book, done my homework, and have been eating Paleo for a little over 3 months. I'm trying to get rid of my sinus congestion, which I believe is from dairy. I'm also looking to improve my overall health and wellness. I'm a nurse and give nutrition advice to patients on a daily basis. I feel that leading by example is the best thing I can do for my family, myself and my patients. Looking forward to the next 30 days--but also a little nervous about giving up all sugar. I do love my dark chocolate A LOT!

Welcome! What great reasons for starting the W30, I think people generally have a much better time sticking to it when they are prepared and understand why they are doing it. The motivation of goals helps get through the tougher days, to the other side. And you will find lots of support on this forum! :)
