SalsaEzz
Went to make a cup of tea... looked at the ingredients Does this mean the tea is out? Thanks
AmyS
Yes, unfortunately many teas have soy or soy lethicin in them. It's a bummer. And it's out.

SalsaEzz
Hi - I just wanted to come back to this. I've since read a number of posts on this forum that says don't worry about the 'may contain' warnings and it's the ingredients that are important http://forum.whole9life.com/topic/4656-may-contain-traces-of/?hl=%2Bcontain+%2Btraces http://forum.whole9life.com/topic/8111-sunflower-butter-and-almond-butter/?hl=%2Bcontain+%2Btraces#entry80785 http://forum.whole9life.com/topic/9160-100-dark-chocolate/?hl=%2Bcontain+%2Btraces Can I get some more opinions please? The reason is I have bought some tahini (organic, 100% sesame seeds) but the label also says 'may contain'. I had a small teaspoon and now I'm freaking out. It's wracking me with guilt. Thanks Erin
Robin Strathdee
That's a CYA allergen warning the companies have to put on the label if the food was manufactured in a facility that also processes allergens. You're good
