cmccoy
This may be discussed in ISWF but I don't own it, so was wondering - meal template states 2 cups of vegetables with each meal -- are we talking cooked or uncooked? 2 cups of raw spinach cooks down to about one or two bites only...but then 2 cups of cooked spinach is over a bag so is there some kind of medium? Most all other veggies don't shrink down too much so I'm really only asking about greens.
GFChris
I would err on the side of cooked. Hard to overdo it on the veggies.
runninglawyer88
I wouldn't overthink it too much--if you're cooking the greens they're going to make you a lot less full than if you were eating them raw so you should eat enough that it's a normal meal-sized amount (2 bites is not normal).
