Eggs as Fat Source??

Hi Guys,

 

Just looking for some tips here, I have three eggs at breakfast and understand that these are a protein source according to the whole 30.

Do I still need to add a fat source to my breakfast? Or is the fat from eggs enough?

Pretty sure you'll need to add some fat (some veggies too if you're not having those)

 

Some folks love mayo, but for breakfast I love bulletproof coffee made with coconut oil, you whip it in an immersion blender and it goes kind of fluffy, a bit like a latte.

The fat from your protein might count as a fat source, but it would need to be a pretty fatty protein, like salmon or short ribs or something (and even then I might add some just to be safe). If I eat three eggs with no added fat, I get hungry pretty quick compared to my usual.
