Hi, Kwantum -  I'll go along with you.  I haven't actually eaten anything off plan, but I had a bad night last night.  Couldn't sleep, so I sat up all night munching.  Okay, so it might have been W30 foods, but the concept is to change our habits.  I may not do this often, but when I can't sleep, it IS what I do.  Seems I need a reset.  Let's do this!!!

Hi Marta,

I managed to turn my 1st whole30 into a whole35. I felt good all the way, even happier than ever. I didn 't have the reintroduction fase properly planned, so ended up mixing up diary and bread, etc. On day four of the 'reintroduction' I ended up eating a packet of crispy nuts - I don't even want to know the ingredients listed on the package :)

So after 5 days off track I need to get back to where I left off.

In a nutshell : glad to have you aboard! Let's do this!
