Lizzie goes for it again

I'm a serial drop-out, I'm on Day 7 and I need more accountability.  So I'm going to start logging for a few days and see if that helps.


Day 7

Meal 1 - 2 salmon fishcakes, large helping of Greek Broccoli, large dollop of home made mayo.  2 cups of black half caff.

I feel absolutely stuffed and think I ate too much.  We will see how this plays out through the day.


Meal 2 - Provencal Beef on bed of greens, 1/4 avocado


Meal 3 - large salad including olives and raw veg, roasted chicken, Olive oil and vinegar.  Grapefruit.
