Tina R
Does anyone know of a salad dressing recipe for the low histamine protocol? Since I can't have orange, lemon, lime or vinegar it seems like I might not be able to make a salad dressing. Also It looks like Mayo is out since it has raw egg whites and vinegar. praxisproject
Salad dressings are generally a fat (eg. olive oil) and an acid (lemon juice, vinegar). Are there any acids you can have?

According to the low histamine shopping list there aren't. I thought maybe I was missing something. Not sure I can make it 30 days without a salad. Probably won't try this one.
