Jenjohn98 Posted February 17, 2014 Share Posted February 17, 2014 I will be starting my Whole 30 journey tomorrow. I have struggled with my eating for so many years, I want to get control back. I tried the Whole30 once before and made it 21 days. I felt so great during that time, my mood was more stable and I was feeling in control. I can't believe I didn't follow through for the whole 30 days. I just want to be happy with who I am, and I believe how I eat has such a huge effect on that. This is my journey to a happier, healthier me, it definitely starts with food I am just going to focus on one day at a time, and I hope that posting my journey on this forum will help.
