kmik05 Posted July 30, 2012 Share Posted July 30, 2012 I just found out about this program tonight, after complaining to my family just today about my lifelong lack of energy and my inability to control my weight, along with a variety of lame health issues that I refuse to accept. Thank God a Facebook friend posted that she's been doing this for 5 days and having great success. I've not yet bought the book.
