ctlg2010 Posted February 17, 2014 Share Posted February 17, 2014 I will be starting my first Whole 30 in two weeks and I was wondering about seasonings. What are we allowed to use? Are we even allowed to use them. I typically use sea salt, ground pepper, lemon pepper seasoning, Nature's Seasoning, and Mrs. Dash. Any suggestions? I want to do this right. Guest Posted February 17, 2014 Share Posted February 17, 2014 Check your seasoning labels for things like sugar and msg. You can use salt, pepper, spices, and herbs. The blends often have things that are not allowed, though. Although I haven't needed them, I think Well Fed has some seasoning blends that you could make ahead.
