I will be starting my first Whole 30 in two weeks and I was wondering about seasonings. What are we allowed to use? Are we even allowed to use them. I typically use sea salt, ground pepper, lemon pepper seasoning, Nature's Seasoning, and Mrs. Dash. Any suggestions? I want to do this right. :D

Check your seasoning labels for things like sugar and msg.  You can use salt, pepper, spices, and herbs.  The blends often have things that are not allowed, though.

 

Although I haven't needed them, I think Well Fed has some seasoning blends that you could make ahead.
