ctlg2010 Posted February 17, 2014 Share Posted February 17, 2014 I will be starting my first Whole 30 in two weeks and I was wondering about seasonings. What are we allowed to use? Are we even allowed to use them. I typically use sea salt, ground pepper, lemon pepper seasoning, Nature's Seasoning, and Mrs. Dash. Any suggestions? I want to do this right.
